1. Digital Services Policy

All of our services are digital and custom-made (logo design, branding systems, identity packages). Because each order is created specifically for the client, all sales are considered final once work has started.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• The order has not yet been started
• A technical issue prevents us from delivering the service
• We are unable to fulfill your order for any reason

Once the design process has begun, refunds are no longer available due to the custom nature of the work.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

• Change of mind after the order is placed
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference after design work has started
• Failure to provide required information on time
• Completed or partially completed design work

4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prioritize client satisfaction. Instead of refunds, we offer revisions based on your selected package to ensure the final result matches your vision as closely as possible.

5. Delivery Issues

If there is a delay or issue with delivery, please contact our support team. We will work quickly to resolve any problems and ensure you receive your order.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are not permitted. If you experience any issue, you must contact us first so we can resolve it directly.
