• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines, not guarantees.
• Delays may occur if required information is not provided by the client on time.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specific number of revisions (if applicable). Additional revisions beyond the package limits may incur extra charges.

Revisions are intended to refine the design, not to completely change the original concept.

5. Intellectual Property

• Once full payment is completed, the final approved design is transferred to the client.
• Koumasy reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
• Unused or rejected concepts remain the property of Koumasy.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, feedback, and materials required to complete the project. Koumasy is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect information.
